Atatab™ - High Drug-load Tablets

Atatab™ tablets have been compressed from an API granulated via PDG Technology™ with its platform excipients. The tablets have a number of excellent properties compared to existing products, even with high drug loading:

Atacap™ - Granules for Capsule Filling

Atacap™ granules can be prepared for encapsulation.  Atacap™ is a perfect solution for water-sensitive and high drug load products. The dry granulated mass can contain up to 100% of the API depending on the product specifications.  The Atacap™ development process is very straightforward: the API is optionally mixed with well-known excipients and granulated using the PDG Technology™. The granules are ready to be filled into capsules.

Using the PDG Technology^TM, one can control the particle size distribution of the granules (mean size of the granules ranging from 100 to 1100 µm).
